  • I need help ASAP! What should I do?

  • What is DealDey?

    DealDey is an awesome way for you to get more out of your city. Each day DealDey brings you an email with the coolest things to see, eat or buy in your city. By promising businesses a minimum number of customers, we get you deep discounts you can't find elsewhere.

  • I like today's deal - how do I get it?

    Just click "BUY Now" before the offer ends at midnight. If the minimum number of people sign up, we'll send you a link to print your voucher. If not enough people join, no one gets it (and you will be refunded 100%), so invite your friends to make sure the deal goes live.

  • I bought a DealDey Coupon - how do I use it?

    You will receive an email and SMS with your DealDey coupon code and necessary details. Your coupon will have detailed information on how to redeem your voucher and a map on it. Typically it is just exchanged on arrival, just like a cash.

  • What do I do if I don't get an email or SMS?

    Sometimes our emails are blocked or filtered and even our email servers get tired occasionally! Please check your SPAM or JUNK folder and tell it that DealDey is not spam.

  • Do I have to sign up a group of people I know to get the deal?

    Nope! - You'll want to invite people though - Coupons are always fun to use with friends. Signing up as a group could be lots of fun. We also reward points for every person you refer who purchases through us. Tell your friend about the deal through Facebook, Twitter, BB chat & Email!

  • Can I refer as many people as I want?

    Yes! Of course you can. The more who take up the offer the chances of securing the deal increase. Just follow the referral link which can be found at the top of each page on the right hand side of the screen. You will earn N1000 DealDey Credits for each person you refer who buys a "tipped" deal. That's N1000 to spend on your next DealDey purchase.

  • When can I use my Dealdey Coupon?

    Most DealDey coupons have an expiration date, but you never have to use them on the date of purchase. You may need to make a reservation with the participating business to use your coupon.

  • What if I am unhappy with the experience I ordered on DealDey?

    While we work hard to ensure this doesn't happen, we always want your feedback! Send your comments and thoughts to help@dealdey.com.

  • Can I combine my coupon with other offers or specials?

    No... not unless the coupon specifically states otherwise.

  • Are coupons Refundable?

    Returns are handled on a case-by-case basis and will be reviewed by our customer service team. Please e-mail help@dealdey.com with subject "refund" and clearly describe your situation. For the most part we consider a purchased deal to be final after the deal closes at midnight.
