What is the 3-7 Day Replacement Guarantee?

3 - 7 day Replacement Guarantee

  • All products sold at DealDey.com are covered under our 3-7 Day Replacement Guarantee.
  • Notify us of any problems, damages or defects by making a return to our pick up centres closest to you in 3 days if you are within Lagos and 7 days if you are outside of Lagos, from the date of delivery
  • We will issue a brand new replacement to you at no extra cost or refund you fully if we don’t have a replacement in stock (Terms and conditions apply).
How do I get a defective item, ordered on DealDey.com, replaced?

In order to get a defective item replaced

  • Fill the return form stating your order number, the name of returned item and Desired Action (Replacement or Refund) and return to any of our pick up centers closest to you. Click here to view addresses of our pick up centers
  • Once a return is made, our quality control team will conduct a check on the returned item and invalid returns will be made available for pick up at our pick up centre. All valid returns will be treated and feedback will be given based on the desired action.
  • *Allow 14 days for a refund after returns.
  • All refunds are made to your DealDey "wallet". If you would like your refund transferred to a bank account. Kindly send your bank details to help@dealdey.com and a bank refund will be effected in 7 business days.
How do I cancel an order on DealDey.com?

You can make a request for cancellation by contacting our Support Team on help@dealdey.com, or call us on 01-4609950 tweet at us @dealdeycare.

If the cancellation request of your order is before your order has been shipped, we will refund the entire amount.

If the cancellation request is after your order has been shipped, you can do one of the following

  • Contact our Customer Support Team and inform them of the same.
  • If you received the product, it will be eligible for replacement, only in cases where there are defects found with the product. Please refer to the 3-7 Day Replacement Guarantee above.

    Under City and Travel deals, cancellations are only valid 7 working days from the date of purchase of the coupon. After that, all sales are final.

Products not eligible for return or replacement under this 3-7 Day Replacement Guarantee

  • Any product that exhibits physical damage to the box, packaging, tags or to the product;
  • Any product that is returned without all original packaging and accessories, including the retail box, manuals, cables, and all other items originally included with the product at the time of delivery;
  • Any product without a valid, readable, untampered serial number, including but not limited to products with missing, damaged, altered, or otherwise unreadable serial number;
  • Any product from which the UPC (Universal Product Code) has been removed from its original packaging.
  • Innerwear, lingerie, socks, Personal hygiene items (combs, barrettes, hair curlers, hair wigs, hairpieces, sex toys, Fragrances, Beauty products (Creams, Consumables (Food items, beverages ) Cigar and other similar products)
How much are the delivery charges?

DealDey provides free delivery on orders above N20,000 Nationwide. All orders below N20,000 in Lagos, Abuja, Rivers, Oyo, Akwa Ibom, Cross River, Delta, Edo, Enugu, Kaduna, Kwara & Ogun will attract a N500 delivery charge and N1,500 for other states.

What is the estimated delivery time?

The estimated time of delivery is mentioned on every page. It may differ from one item to another. Please read below for an explanation of delivery estimates:

For our customers within Lagos, we will deliver your order within 4-6 working days. For customers outside of Lagos, we will deliver your items within 5 – 7 working days.

Preorder or Pre Sale: Items indicated as Pre Sale will only be available 10 working days after the date of purchase. For instance, if you placed an order for an item labelled Pre Sale on March 4th 2015. The Item will be delivered by 18th of March.

With every order, you will receive an email/sms containing the details of the order placed by you. Once we ship the item(s), you will receive another email notification stating the status of your order (Products).

How will the delivery be done?

We process all deliveries through our dedicated dispatch riders or reputed courier Providers.

When making a purchase we have a list of all the areas where we offer delivery services.

What is a pickup center?

A Pick up Center is DealDey’s experience center where customers can go and pick up their purchases. If you prefer to pick up your item instead of a delivery, we have available 4 pickup locations in Lagos, 1 in Abuja with several partner pick up centres nationwide.

After you have placed the order and selected your preferred pickup location, your order will be made available at the pickup location 5 business days after the order has been placed.

Kindly note that items will only remain at the pickup centre for 7 working days. If you require a pickup rescheduling after 7 days, kindly send an email to help@dealdey.com; stating your required pick up date. Please note that orders not picked up after 30 days will be forfieted without refund.

What about warranty and hidden costs (sales tax etc.)?

There are no extra taxes, hidden costs or additional shipping charges. The price mentioned on the website is the final price. What you see is what you pay. Our prices are all inclusive. All taxes are included with the list prices.

Does DealDey deliver internationally?

DealDey doesn't deliver items internationally. You are more than welcome to make your purchases on our site from anywhere in the world, but you'll have to ensure the card is registered in Nigeria and the Delivery Address is within Nigeria.
